- Start managing your existing online account by clicking the “Sign In” button on the homepage of the website.
Follow these steps to make a payment to a billing account online using the Guest user profile:
- Visit: https://www.wellstar.org/pages/online-bill-pay.aspx or you may tap or click this link on your smartphone.
- Choose the kind of payment that you are required to submit.
- Proceed with the process until you locate the account and are allowed to apply the payment.
OR
- To pay as a guest, go to this URL or https://mychart.wellstar.org/mychart/ and click on the option that says “Pay as guest.”
- Within the space that has been supplied, type in the Guarantor Account Number.
- In the space that is provided, type the guarantor’s last name.
- Make sure the “Look Up” button is selected.
