- Southern Illinois Healthcare is a medical facility located in Carbondale, Illinois.
- Mattoon, Illinois’ Sarah Bush Lincoln Health System was named for her.
- Decatur Memorial Hospital is a hospital located in Decatur, Illinois.

- After clicking the “SIGN UP ONLINE” option located in the “No Activation Code? Once your information has been verified, a new
- activation code will be mailed to you by the United States Postal Service. They are unable to provide you an updated activation code through email due to privacy concerns.
Follow these steps to login in to your CURRENT account online if you are a patient who is currently being treated:
- Visit: https://www.bjc.org/mychart on your device.
- To access your chart, use the “LOGIN TO MYCHART” option. Fill out the supplied areas with your user name and password, if you have one.
- You may start managing your existing online account as soon as you click the “SIGN IN” button on the login screen.
Today, they make available to their patients an online health information management solution that is both free and protected by encryption technology. MyChart is the name of their website’s gateway, and it is provided by BJC Healthcare and Washington University Physicians. It gives patients the ability to carry out the following activities:
- Get your prescriptions and medicines refilled.
- Examine and handle the laboratory’s results.
- You may both view and pay your billing statements here.
- Examine and take care of your scheduled events.
- Examine the processes for outpatients.
- Maintain a record of your health concerns.
- Communicate with their health practitioner through encrypted communications.
- Examine your medical files, review your electronic health information, and go over your health summary.
